HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?
For local Singapore delivery, you will expect to receive the items within 2 to 3 working days of purchase.
All international shipping will be handled by either DHL Packet Plus International or DHL Express WorldWide. Depending on the service chosen, the arrival time of the items will vary. For DHL Packet International, the shipping time may take between 7-18 working days. For DHL Express Worldwide, the shipping may take between 3-6 working days. You will receive a tracking number in your email to locate your package.

CAN I RETURN PURCHASED ITEMS?
Yes, you can! If you feel that our products do not provide satisfactory results, please let us know and we'll gladly process a refund for you. However, in all fairness, you'll also be required to meet the following conditions before eligible for the refund:
1. Inform us of your intention to refund within 14 days of receiving the product/s.
2. There must be at least 50% of the contents left in any single product/s.
3. You will need to ship the product/s back to us at your own expense.
Meanwhile, for any change of mind for purchases from Lilyanna.com, you are also eligible for an exchange/replacement. we will not be liable to cover the shipping fees of your returned item in this case.

MY ITEMS WERE DAMAGED IN DELIVERY, CAN I RETURN IT?
Yes, you can return damaged items. All products are checked for quality before dispatch and while we try our best to ensure that the products are delivered to you in perfect condition, they may still be damaged in the delivery process. If any item arrives to you damaged, you can contact enquiries@lilyanna.com, along with photos of the damaged product or submit a request at Returns. Once we approve your request for the damaged item, we will arrange for your item to be returned to our office. You will be eligible for a replacement of your damaged product.
ITEMS RECEIVED ARE DIFFERENT FROM MY ORDER, CAN I REQUEST FOR REPLACEMENT?

Imperial Beauty Signature Set
Most different formulations for skin care products (especially the dry product mixed with water). After adapting, found them to be very effective and a great economic value, as a very little goes a long way. Feel as though these are the most natural products I've ever used. No preservatives!

Dear Lilyanna, Thank you for your inquiry and offer discount. Good marketing strategy. I first started using the whole range of your product on 26th Dec and followed the instructions very carefully and compliantly. So after using them for 7 days the noticable effects are as follows: 1. Skin feels smoother 2. Pigmentations on my cheeks getting slightly lighter 3. Skin appears slightly firmer 4. The dark circle around my right eye has reduced slightly. 5. Unfortunately not much difference yet in my milia. The milia look the same.

Lilyanna products are made from natural herbal ingredients hence its results may not appear as fast and as immediate as those shown by chemical ingredients. We suggest that you continue to use over a longer period of time to let the products stimulate the skin's self repair function.
