HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY COST?
For local delivery in Singapore, there will be NO delivery charges for any amount of purchase on Lilyanna.com.
For international delivery, purchases over a specific amount for various countries will be free. All shipping rates include fees for Insured Shipping & Handling via DHL Express WorldWide Service.
Countries not available for selection are those we currently do not deliver to. If you are still interested in purchasing, kindly email us at email@example.com.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?
For local deliveries, you will expect to receive the items within 2 to 3 days of purchase.
All international deliveries will be sent via DHL Express WorldWide. Depending on the destination, the arrival of the items will vary. You will receive a tracking number in your email to locate your package. Click here to track your package at DHL Express.
CAN I RETURN PURCHASED ITEMS?
As skincare products are items of personal hygiene and usage, we do not provide refunds for used products. However, for any change of mind for purchases from the Lilyanna.com, you are eligible for an exchange/replacement, not refund. LilyannaTM will not be liable to cover the delivery charges of your returned item in this case. *For any items purchased during a promotional period or that has been discounted, you will not be eligible for exchange/replacement due to change of mind.
MY ITEMS WERE DAMAGED IN DELIVERY, CAN I RETURN IT?
Yes, you can return damaged items. All products are checked for quality before dispatch and while we try our best to ensure that the product is delivered to you in perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. If any item arrives to you damaged, you can contact email@example.com, along with photos of the damaged product or submit a request at Returns. Once we approve your request for the damaged item, we will arrange for your item to be returned to our office. You will be eligible for a exchange/replacement of your damaged product.
ITEMS RECEIVED ARE DIFFERENT FROM MY ORDER, CAN I REQUEST FOR REPLACEMENT?
Definitely! Should there be such a situation, we sincerely apologize for the error. As much as we try to be efficient in our operations, there may be times where things go wrong. In the event that your items are different from your order, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or submit a request for replacement at Returns.
WHO DO I CONTACT TO ARRANGE A RETURN?
If you intend to seek a replacement or exchange, you can email us at email@example.com to obtain prior approval or submit a request for Returns. Please include the order number and reason for the return. In the event you change your mind on the product you purchased, LilyannaTM won't bare any return delivery charges. Likewise, LilyannaTM won't bare returning delivery charges if the returned product doesn't appear damaged. Your item must be returned within 14 days of the online purchase or else no replacement/exchange will be provided regardless of the reason.
Please note that LilyannaTM will honor all obligations under the Singapore Consumer Law.
