HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY COST?
For local delivery in Singapore, there will be NO delivery charges for any amount of purchase on Lilyanna.com.
For international delivery with DHL Packet Plus International (Registered Tracking), there will be NO shipping fees for any amount of purchase.
For delivery with DHL Express, purchases that exceed a specific amount based on the destination country will be free. All shipping rates include fees for Insured Shipping & Handling via DHL Express WorldWide Service.
Countries not available for selection are those we currently do not deliver to. If you are still interested in purchasing, kindly email us at email@example.com.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?
For local Singapore delivery, you will expect to receive the items within 2 to 3 working days of purchase.
All international shipping will be handled by either DHL Packet Plus International or DHL Express WorldWide. Depending on the service chosen, the arrival time of the items will vary. For DHL Packet International, the shipping time may take between 7-18 working days. For DHL Express Worldwide, the shipping may take between 3-6 working days. You will receive a tracking number in your email to locate your package.

CAN I RETURN PURCHASED ITEMS?
Yes, you can! If you feel that our products do not provide satisfactory results, please let us know and we'll gladly process a refund for you. However, in all fairness, you'll also be required to meet the following conditions before eligible for the refund:
1. Inform us of your intention to refund within 14 days of receiving the product/s.
2. There must be at least 50% of the contents left in any single product/s.
3. You will need to ship the product/s back to us at your own expense.
Meanwhile, for any change of mind for purchases from Lilyanna.com, you are also eligible for an exchange/replacement. we will not be liable to cover the shipping fees of your returned item in this case.
*For any items purchased during a promotional period or that has been already been discounted, you will not be eligible for a refund, exchange or replacement.
MY ITEMS WERE DAMAGED IN DELIVERY, CAN I RETURN IT?
Yes, you can return damaged items. All products are checked for quality before dispatch and while we try our best to ensure that the products are delivered to you in perfect condition, they may still be damaged in the delivery process. If any item arrives to you damaged, you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org, along with photos of the damaged product or submit a request at Returns. Once we approve your request for the damaged item, we will arrange for your item to be returned to our office. You will be eligible for a replacement of your damaged product.
ITEMS RECEIVED ARE DIFFERENT FROM MY ORDER, CAN I REQUEST FOR REPLACEMENT?
Definitely! Should there be such a situation, we sincerely apologize for the error. As much as we try to be efficient in our operations, there may be times where things go wrong. In the event that your items are different from your order, kindly email us at email@example.com or submit a request for replacement at Returns.
WHO DO I CONTACT TO ARRANGE A RETURN?
If you intend to seek a refund, replacement or exchange, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain prior approval or submit a request for Returns. Please include the order number and reason for the return. In the event you change your mind on the product you purchased, we will not bare any return shipping charges. Likewise, we will also not bare returning shipping charges when upon approval of your request for a refund. Your item must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item/s or else no refund/replacement/exchange will be provided regardless of the reason.
