To purchase any products on Lilyanna.com, a new customer will need to sign up for a free user account. For existing customers, kindly log in to your user account to purchase.

 

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?
We currently accept all major credit cards and payment via PayPal.

 

IS A PAYPAL ACCOUNT REQUIRED TO PURCHASE ITEMS?
No, you can opt to pay by credit/debit cards without having a PayPal account.

 

WILL I BE CHARGED WITH A SHIPPING FEE?
Yes. A standard shipping fee for Insured Shipping & Handling may apply if total purchase is below a certain amount. Please refer to our Delivery Information for details.

 

WHAT IS THE CHECKOUT PROCEDURE?
In the checkout page, all items will add up to a subtotal.

For new customers, a coupon can be applied to reflect a discount off the total cost of purchase. You will only need to apply the coupon once to enjoy the discount in all your future purchases through this user account.

A shipping rate will apply based on your total purchase. Free or discounted shipping will also be available if certain conditions of purchase are met. Please refer to Delivery Information for details.
